1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Keepli Wallet (“Keepli,” “the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License to Use the App

Keepli grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Service Provided “As Is”

Keepli Wallet is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or suitability of the App for any particular purpose.

4. User Responsibility & Data Loss

Keepli Wallet stores data locally on your device.

• Backups: You are solely responsible for backing up any important documents or images stored in the App.
• Data Loss: If you uninstall the App, clear app data, reset your device, or lose access to your device, all stored data will be permanently deleted. Keepli cannot recover this data.
• Passwords & PINs: If you protect your vault with a password, PIN, or biometric lock and forget it, Keepli cannot reset or recover access for you.

5. Not an Official Identity Provider

Keepli Wallet stores copies and images of documents for personal convenience only.

• Keepli is not a government-issued identity provider.
• Documents stored in the App may not be accepted as valid identification by authorities or third parties.
• You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations regarding identification and document use.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App.
• Circumvent security features.
• Use the App in a way that could harm others or interfere with normal operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators of Keepli Wallet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the App.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Unauthorized access to your device.
• Reliance on information stored within the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
